We would like you to be 100% happy with your order. Returns are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and the company’s General Terms and Conditions.

And if something’s not right, you can return your item.

How to Return an Item

  1. Ask for a return.

Send the return request through our contact form, and we will email you easy steps with a return number that should also go on your return form.

  1. Fill out the return form.

Use your packing slip as a return form or get one from our website by downloading and printing it. State which items you are returning and why you are returning them.

  1. Pack the item well.

Ensure that your item is adequately protected so as not to get damaged in transit. We highly recommend using the original box and including all accessories and components. The Customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received by Osodoso-store. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  1. Ship the parcel.

Returns are first received at our return facility in Germany and then forwarded to our main warehouse in the Netherlands for inspection.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error attributable to Osodoso-store.

  1. Get a note.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Processing may take up to 8 business days. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected, using the same payment method as the original transaction..

Items built to customer specifications, software licenses, and electronic components that have been installed or unsealed cannot be returned.
