- Before any distance contract is concluded, these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the Customer. If this is not reasonably possible, the Customer will be informed that the General Terms and Conditions are available for review and that they will be sent free of charge upon request prior to the conclusion of the distance contract. For B2B customers, specific commercial terms may apply, which shall prevail where explicitly agreed in writing.
- Where the distance contract is concluded electronically, these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the Customer electronically in a way that allows them to be easily stored on a durable data medium. If this is not possible, the Customer will be informed before the conclusion of the contract where the General Terms and Conditions can be accessed electronically, and that they will be sent free of charge electronically or by other means upon the Customer’s request.
- In cases where specific product or service terms apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, paragraphs 2 and 3 shall apply accordingly. In the event of any conflict between terms, the Customer may always invoke the provision that is most favourable to them.
ARTICLE 4 – The Offer
- If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
- The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the Customer to properly assess the offer. Any images used by Osodoso-store are a truthful representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Osodoso-store
- Each offer includes clear information about the rights and obligations associated with accepting it. This includes, in particular:
- The price, including taxes;
- All prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, currency conversion rates and potential import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
- Any applicable shipping costs;

- Whether the agreement will be archived after conclusion and, if so, how the Customer can access it;
- How the Customer can review and correct any unintended input before concluding the agreement;
- The languages available for concluding the agreement, in addition to English;
- Any codes of conduct to which Osodoso-store adheres and how the Customer can access them electronically; and
- The minimum duration of the distance contract in case of a continuing or recurring performance.
ARTICLE 5 – The Agreement
- Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, the agreement is concluded at the moment when the Customer accepts the offer and fulfills any associated conditions.
- If the Customer accepts the offer electronically, Osodoso-store will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically. Until such confirmation is sent by Osodoso-store, the Customer may cancel the agreement.
- When the agreement is concluded electronically, Osodoso-store shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure online environment. Where electronic payment is available, Osodoso-store will apply appropriate security measures.
- For high-value or custom-made products, Osodoso-store reserves the right to request full prepayment prior to shipment.
- Osodoso-store may, within legal limits, verify the Customer’s ability to fulfill payment obligations, as well as other facts and factors relevant to the responsible conclusion of a distance contract. If this verification provides Osodoso-store with reasonable grounds not to proceed, it reserves the right to refuse an order or application, or to apply special conditions for its fulfillment.
- Osodoso-store shall provide the Customer with the following information in writing or in a manner that allows for accessible storage on a durable medium along with the product or service:

ARTICLE 6 – Right of Withdrawal
For delivery of products:
- When purchasing products, the Customer may cancel the contract without providing any reason within 30 calendar days from the date the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer receives the goods. This period begins on the day after the product is received by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer.
- During this period, the Customer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. The Customer shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep the product. If the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they shall return the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to Osodoso-store, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Osodoso-store.
For provision of services:
- When purchasing services, the Customer may cancel the agreement without providing any reason for a period of at least fourteen days, starting from the day the agreement is concluded.

ARTICLE 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

- Services whose performance has begun with the Customer’s express consent before the end of the withdrawal period;
- Services relating to betting and lotteries.
Custom-built server configurations, software-activated licenses, and electronic components that have been installed or unsealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to safety, configuration, and integrity considerations.
ARTICLE 9 – The Price
- During the validity period specified in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services shall not be increased, except for changes due to variations in VAT rates.
- Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, Osodoso-store may offer products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market and over which Osodoso-store has no influence, at variable prices. This dependency on fluctuations and the fact that any indicated price is a target price will be stated in the offer.
- Price increases are only permitted within 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement if they result from legal regulations or provisions.

Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond this period as specified in the product documentation. This legal guarantee does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
- Any guarantee provided by Osodoso-store, the manufacturer, or the importer does not affect the legal rights and claims that the Customer may assert against Osodoso-store regarding any failure in the performance of Osodoso-store’s obligations under applicable law and/or the distance contract.
ARTICLE 11 – Delivery and Performance
- Osodoso-store will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing requests for the provision of services. This includes import and export compliance checks, where applicable.
- The place of delivery will be the address that the Customer has provided to Osodoso-store.
- Subject to the provisions in Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions, Osodoso-store strives to deliver accepted orders within 30 days unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. For international or custom-built orders, delivery times may vary due to logistics and import procedures. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled, or can only be partially fulfilled, the Customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, and may cancel the order free of charge if desired.
- In the event of termination according to the preceding paragraph, Osodoso-store will reimburse the amount paid by the Customer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the termination.
- If delivery of an ordered product is impossible, Osodoso-store will make every effort to provide a substitute item. ARTICLE 13 – Payment
- Unless otherwise agreed, amounts due by the Customer shall be paid within fourteen days after delivery of the goods or, in the case of a service contract, within fourteen days after delivery of the documents related to this contract.
- For standard consumer orders, prepayment shall not exceed 50% unless otherwise specifically agreed. For B2B or custom-built orders, full prepayment may be required prior to shipment.
- The Customer must immediately inform Osodoso-store of any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated.
- In case of non-payment by the Customer, Osodoso-store has the right, subject to legal restrictions, to charge the Customer reasonable costs which have been communicated in advance.
ARTICLE 14 – Complaint Handling
- Complaints concerning the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Osodoso-store within a reasonable period, described fully and clearly, after the Customer has discovered the defects.
- Complaints submitted to Osodoso-store will be responded to within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Osodoso-store will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when the Customer can expect a more detailed answer.
ARTICLE 15 – Additional or Divergent Terms
- No additional or divergent terms from these General Terms and Conditions shall operate to the detriment of the Customer and must be recorded in writing or in a manner that allows the Customer to store them accessibly on a durable medium.
- Agreements between Osodoso-store and the Customer to which these General Terms and Conditions apply shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
ARTICLE 16 – Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Amendments to these terms and conditions shall take effect only after being properly published, with the understanding that if amendments are introduced during the validity of an offer, the provision most favourable to the Customer shall prevail.
Customers will be notified of any material changes to these Terms by email or via a notice on the website no later than 14 days before such changes take effect.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT RECYCLING
Unwanted electrical equipment is a rapidly growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, preserving natural resources and the environment. If not recycled, electrical equipment ends up in landfills where hazardous substances can leak out and cause soil and water pollution, harming wildlife and human health.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximize separate collection and environmentally sound processing of these items. Those establishing their own collection schemes should at minimum offer all customers purchasing new electrical equipment free return of their old electrical equipment on a like-for-like basis.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, they are now marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. Please do not dispose of any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol) with general waste.
Battery Recycling
Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection containers for used batteries, and some local councils, libraries, or schools may also have collection points. End users can find accessible local shops in their area.
